Intro to DOE (Design of Experiments) : Jan 22 - 23

During the program you will learn basic principles of design of experiment methods and their important connection to statistical process control techniques and other intermediate statistical tools. You will learn how to set up and run basic factorial and screening experiments; analyze experimental outcomes; identify significant effects on process performance and consistency; and select the right factors for future study or implementation. In various workshops you will plan, design, conduct and analyze experiments.

IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditing 

Jan 29 - 31

This course is designed to enhance participants’ understanding of process auditing techniques. Using interactive workshops, simulated audits, and case studies, students will develop practical audit skills, improve evaluation and communication skills, refine reporting skills, and sharpen their ability to implement corrective action programs.

The course includes a detailed review of the new technical specification document IATF 16949-2016. This is a clause-by-clause review so that students understand the complete set of requirements that impacts not only their audits but the QMS back at the facility

FDA Food Safety Preventive Controls and HACCP

Feb 6 - 8

This unique course completes two requirements in three days rather than the time it would take if they were individual courses (4.5 days).

Those who successfully complete this class will be issued two certificates:

-Preventive Controls Qualified Individual issued by AFDO

-HACCP from the International HACCP Alliance.
